He holds a master’s degree in construction law from the University of Salford, Manchester, MBA master’s degree and master degree from Baku State University. Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish.

Over 15 years of experience in the private sector as key account manager, facility manager and business development manager. Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish.
Hikmat Aghayev
Senior Lawyer
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Police Academy in 2017. He initially worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Since 2021, he has been working in the commercial sector. He has a total of 8 years of experience as a lawyer. Since August 2023, he has been practicing as an attorney and is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Milana graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University with an honors diploma. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University. She is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
