He earned his bachelor’s degree at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and previously worked at a local consulting company as a lawyer.At FNK, Miragha provides legal support, advises management, oversees contracts, and ensures compliance with the law. Hikmat Aghayev
Senior Lawyer
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Police Academy in 2017. He initially worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Since 2021, he has been working in the commercial sector. He has a total of 8 years of experience as a lawyer. Since August 2023, he has been practicing as an attorney and is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
